The Excel Dryer ADA Compliant Recess Kit is designed to help install XLERATOR® Hand Dryers while meeting ADA wall projection guidelines, including the 4-inch protrusion requirement for objects mounted along circulation paths. Fabricated from durable 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, the recess kit provides a clean, professional recessed installation while reducing wall projection.
Part Number 40505 replaces the previous 40502 recess kit with an improved design that simplifies installation. The updated kit eliminates the stainless steel retaining plate and chain, replacing them with a longer installation wrench for easier access during mounting. The recess kit maintains the same high-quality Type 304 stainless steel construction and is fully compatible with XLERATOR® hand dryers.
