ASI R-004 Replacement Roller For ASI 0030, 0031, 0032, 9030, 9031, 20030, 20031, and Compatible Combination Units
The ASI R-004 is the genuine replacement roller for ASI’s 0030 tissue dispenser family. It is used to restore smooth roll support and proper toilet tissue dispensing in compatible ASI dual-roll and hide-a-roll dispensers.
This replacement part is designed for use with ASI models 0030, 0031, 0032, 9030, 9031, 20030, and 20031, and ASI also lists it for compatible combination units. If your existing roller is missing, cracked, worn, or no longer turning correctly, the R-004 is the OEM part to get your dispenser back in service.
For maintenance teams, schools, office buildings, retail facilities, and other commercial restrooms, keeping a few replacement rollers on hand can reduce downtime and extend the life of the original dispenser instead of replacing the full unit. ASI notes that final compatibility should always be confirmed against the installation or operating manual for the specific dispenser.

Operation & Maintenance
All ASI products are designed and manufactured to high quality standards to ensure many years of satisfactory service. To assure long life and beauty, the product should be cleaned, protected, and maintained. Usually units that have just been installed will require cleaning after the protective plastic film has been removed. Depending upon how long the units have been in storage prior to installation, a product such as 3M™ Adhesive Remover (6041) may be helpful in removing any stubborn vinyl & adhesive residue. Plastic, Phenolic, or Laminate materials can be maintained with general-purpose protectant products such as Armor All®. Do not soak edges of laminated products as this may allow moisture to seep into edge seams, leading to delamination as the core swells over time.
