The ASI 0483 Toilet Seat Cover and Toilet Paper Dispenser with Napkin Disposal Bin is a convenient way to offer paper supplies and a waste receptacle in your commercial restroom facilities. Intended for surface mounting, the unit has a stainless steel collar and measures 17-5/8 inches in width by 30-5/8 inches in height by 4-1/4 inches in depth. The unit offers 1,000 standard paper toilet seat covers and two rolls of standard or 1800 sheet toilet paper rolls that are 4-1/2 inches in width by 5-1/4 inches in diameter. A placarded napkin disposal receptacle that can hold up to 1.3 gallons of trash is built into the design. Outfitted with two tumbler locks for security, the unit is crafted from type-304 stainless steel and has an attractive No. 4 satin finish on all of its exposed surfaces. Both the waste container and the dispensing slot for the toilet seat covers are fully deburred and smooth for added safety.
