Manufacturer Warranties

Every product we sell is covered by its manufacturer's own warranty. Most brands do not use one warranty for everything: the length depends on the product line, and sometimes on the part (motor, filter, finish, labor). Find your brand below, check the product line, and download the official warranty.

Each manufacturer sets warranty terms, and they can change. The manufacturer's current document always governs. Last checked: November 6, 2026.

Warranties at a glance

Bobrick & Koala Kare

Bobrick publishes one document that lists every product line. Anything not listed is covered for one year. Measured from date of purchase.

Rust or discoloration from harsh environments or chemicals, vandalism, and field labor are not covered. Bobrick's warranty applies only to purchases made through an authorized distributor. Bobrick document dated 08/12/26.

Bradley

Bradley has a separate warranty for each product family. Accessories, dryers and partitions are measured from the invoice date; plumbing fixtures from the installation date.

Bradley warranties cover commercial and institutional purchasers, exclude installation labor, and do not extend to products bought from unauthorized online sellers. Accessories revised July 24, 2023; partitions revised February 2021.

ASI (American Specialties)

ASI uses one warranty: one year from the invoice date for all ASI products, with longer terms for a few product types.

Excludes incorrect installation, improper maintenance, wear and tear, battery spoilage, abuse and labor. Revised February 28, 2024.

Excel Dryer (XLERATOR, ThinAir)

Each Excel Dryer family has its own warranty, measured from the date the dryer shipped from Excel's factory. Applies to dryers bought and installed in the U.S.

Covers manufacturing defects. Excludes filter wear, faulty installation, accident, misuse and vandalism.

Dyson Airblade

All current Dyson hand dryers carry a 5-year parts warranty. What Dyson covers for labor differs by model.

The 9kJ and Wash+Dry warranties exclude machines bought from unauthorized dealers. Taken from the U.S. warranty pages of each model's owner's manual.

Satellite Industries

Satellite has a separate warranty for each portable restroom model. Restroom warranties cover the major plastic parts (front, side panels, roof and tank) from the date you receive the unit.

Pro rata means a replacement part is charged a share of its list price for each month since you received the unit, plus freight. Bases, hinges, springs, latches, seats, urinals, vent parts, sinks and accessories are not covered on the restrooms, and labor is not covered.

Warranty FAQ

Q: Does one brand use the same warranty on every product?
Usually not. Bobrick, Bradley, Excel Dryer and Satellite set different terms by product line or model. ASI uses one warranty with a few longer exceptions. Dyson gives 5 years on parts for every hand dryer, but labor coverage differs by model.

Q: When does the warranty start?
It depends on the brand: Bobrick from date of purchase, Bradley and ASI from the invoice date (Bradley plumbing from installation), Excel Dryer from the factory ship date, Satellite from the date you receive the unit, and Dyson from date of purchase when registered.

Q: Is installation or labor covered?
In most cases no. Bobrick, Bradley, ASI and Satellite exclude labor. Dyson covers 1 year of labor on the Airblade dB and labor for electrical failures on Wash+Dry. Excel Dryer repairs returned units or sends replacement parts.

Q: Does it matter where I buy?
Yes. Bobrick and Bradley state their warranties apply only to products bought through an authorized distributor or seller, and Dyson's Airblade 9kJ and Wash+Dry warranties exclude machines bought from unauthorized dealers.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
Have your order number and the product's model and serial number ready, then contact our team or the manufacturer. Most manufacturers repair or replace the defective part at their option.
