OSHA 1926.51: Construction sites must provide toilets based on headcount — generally 1 unit per 10 workers when sanitary sewers aren't available, with weekly service minimum.

Title 24 (California): California's accessibility code has stricter requirements than federal ADA in several areas. The Satellite Freedom is certified Title 24 compliant.
