Powder Coated — Permaseal Edge, 15-Year Warranty

Bradley’s powder coated steel partitions feature the exclusive Permaseal edge, which mechanically locks the facing metal sheets together around the perimeter to help prevent moisture penetration and rust‑out. This construction is backed by a 15‑year rust‑out warranty, one of the best warranties available for metal partitions. Available in 15 stylish colors, Bradley powder coated partitions provide an economical and durable solution for commercial restrooms. Standard, ADA, and multiple mounting styles are available to suit a wide range of layouts.

Bradmar Solid Plastic (HDPE) — Recycled Content

Bradley’s Bradmar solid plastic partitions are fabricated from recycled HDPE and are completely waterproof, highly graffiti‑resistant, and resistant to dents and delamination. Bradmar will not rust, swell, or absorb odors, making it ideal for locker rooms, schools, aquatic centers, and other wet or high‑abuse environments. A durable aluminum H‑bracket design provides a clean aesthetic and efficient installation while maintaining long‑term strength.

Stainless Steel — Permaseal, 15-Year Warranty

Bradley stainless steel partitions also feature the exclusive Permaseal edge, which locks facing metal sheets integrally together around the perimeter for increased rigidity and protection against moisture penetration. This design carries a 15‑year rust‑out warranty for long‑term performance in demanding environments. Multiple finishes and No‑Site privacy options, plus extra‑height doors and panels, make stainless steel an excellent choice where aesthetics and corrosion resistance both matter.

Phenolic Core — Maximum Durability

Bradley’s phenolic core partitions are manufactured under high heat and pressure for exceptional durability, impact resistance, and moisture resistance. This makes them ideal for high‑traffic, high‑abuse environments where long‑term performance is critical. Integral No‑Site construction comes standard to eliminate gaps between doors and pilasters and provide maximum privacy. Phenolic is a top‑performing material for healthcare, education, and corrections applications where privacy and durability are priorities.

Euro Style Float Series — Contemporary Look

Bradley’s Euro Style Float Series partitions deliver a contemporary, European‑inspired design with clean lines and a minimalist profile. Recessed headrail and concealed or recessed feet create a distinctive “floating” appearance that elevates the look of commercial restrooms. Preferred in upscale retail, corporate, and hospitality spaces, Float Series partitions combine privacy, durability, and modern style in one cohesive system.

Bradley Mills toilet partitions are known for their distinctive style and exceptional durability, with four primary toilet partition materials to choose from

Toilet Partition Material Types

Bradley Powder Coated Steel ($)

Bradley's most affordable partition material — and one of the most specified partition lines in commercial construction. Powder-coated galvanneal steel panels feature a 1-inch honeycomb core that resists denting, absorbs sound, and meets ASTM A653 GR33 standards. The anti-graffiti finish resists permanent markers, spray paint, lipstick, and wax crayon per ASTM D6578 testing.

Available in a broad color palette across standard and custom finishes. Bradley powder-coated partitions include LEED-qualifying recycled content and are produced at Bradley's North American manufacturing facilities.

  • Best For: Schools, offices, retail, government buildings, and any project where budget and reliability are the top priorities.
  • Warranty: Bradley's standard warranty on powder-coated steel partitions.
  • Series Available: Series 400 (Overhead Braced / Sentinel), Series 500 (Floor Braced), Series 600 (Ceiling Hung), Series 700 (Floor-to-Ceiling)

Bradley Stainless Steel ($$)

When a project calls for superior corrosion resistance and a premium commercial appearance, Bradley stainless steel partitions are the specification-grade answer. Fabricated from high‑quality stainless steel, these partitions are engineered to perform in the most demanding environments — including coastal installations, healthcare facilities, food service environments, and anywhere chlorine cleaners or high humidity are a constant.

Available in satin and bright finishes. Stainless steel partitions from Bradley carry the same mounting configuration options as powder-coated steel, allowing seamless integration into your restroom design.

  • Best For: Healthcare, hospitality, aquatic facilities, upscale commercial, coastal construction, food processing.
  • Finish Options: Satin and Bright stainless finishes.
  • Series Available: Series 400, 500, 600, 700 — same series numbering as powder coat for easy cross-referencing.

Bradley Solid Plastic — Bradmar ($$$)

Bradmar is Bradley's solid plastic partition line — made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that is through-color from surface to core. Because Bradmar panels contain no metal substrate, they will not rust, corrode, or delaminate. Surfaces resist scratches, dents, and moisture, and are easy to clean with commercial disinfectants — making Bradmar a top choice for facilities with rigorous sanitation requirements.

The through-color construction means damage to the surface does not expose a different substrate — minor scratches blend into the panel. Bradmar is also available in Bradley's No-Site configuration for installations requiring no visible wall strips.

  • Best For: Aquatic centers, locker rooms, schools, healthcare, correctional facilities, and anywhere standing water or aggressive cleaning chemicals are expected.
  • Color: Through-color construction — color runs edge to edge.
  • Series Available: Series 400 (Sentinel / No-Site), Series 700 (Floor-to-Ceiling / No-Site)

Bradley Phenolic — Fusion Granite ($$$$)

Fusion Granite is Bradley's premium phenolic partition line — engineered for architects and facility owners who demand both high aesthetics and exceptional durability. Phenolic panels are constructed from multiple layers of kraft paper saturated with thermosetting resins and fused under heat and pressure, producing a panel that is extremely hard, dense, and impact‑resistant for demanding applications.

Fusion Granite's distinctive stone-inspired surface patterns offer a design-forward alternative to flat-color partition systems, making it a popular choice for hospitality, corporate, and high-end institutional projects. Phenolic panels are highly resistant to moisture, fire, scratching, and vandalism.

  • Best For: Hotels, airports, corporate offices, universities, upscale retail — anywhere aesthetics and durability must coexist.
  • Fire Resistance: Among the highest fire ratings available in the partition category.
  • Series Available: Series 400 (Overhead Braced), Series 500 (Floor Braced), Series 600 (Ceiling Hung), Series 700 (Floor-to-Ceiling)

Bradley Mounting Styles

Bradley partition materials are available in a range of mounting configurations depending on material. Your Project Manager will help you select the right mounting style based on ceiling height, floor finish, maintenance requirements, and building use.

Series 400 — Overhead Braced (Sentinel)

The most common commercial configuration. Panels and pilasters are anchored to the floor with pilaster shoes, and a continuous headrail connects stalls at the top for structural rigidity. The Sentinel headrail is a Bradley trademark, designed for heavy-use environments where stability under abuse is critical.

  • Best For: Schools, stadiums, government buildings, any high-traffic or heavy-use application.
  • Ceiling Height: Works with any ceiling height — headrail is set at a standard height independent of ceiling.

Series 500 — Floor Braced

Panels and pilasters are anchored to the floor with bracket shoes and connected by a headrail at the top — but unlike overhead braced, the headrail is not structurally supported by the ceiling or wall. This creates a clean, open appearance and is ideal when ceiling height varies or when headrail attachment to the ceiling is impractical.

  • Best For: Renovation projects, variable ceiling heights, spaces where headrail installation is impractical.

Series 600 — Ceiling Hung

Panels and doors are suspended from a ceiling carrier rail — pilasters hang above the floor rather than being anchored to it. This mounting style is highly favored in healthcare and food service because it eliminates floor-level obstruction, making mopping, pressure washing, and floor maintenance significantly easier.

  • Best For: Healthcare facilities, food service, clean room environments, any facility with rigorous floor sanitation requirements.
  • Floor Clearance: Panels hang clear of the floor, enabling unobstructed floor cleaning.

Series 700 — Floor-to-Ceiling

Maximum structural stability — panels span from floor to ceiling and are anchored at both ends. Floor-to-ceiling partitions are the most abuse-resistant configuration available and are commonly specified for correctional facilities, high-abuse institutional environments, and any application where vandal resistance and stability are top priorities.

  • Best For: Correctional facilities, high-abuse institutional environments, all-gender restrooms, maximum privacy applications.
  • Stability: Maximum of all mounting styles — no headrail movement, floor-to-ceiling rigidity.

Bradley Mills Partition Privacy Series

Standard Configuration

58-inch high doors and panels, mounted 12 inches off the finished floor. Available in all mounting styles and all four materials. The industry-standard configuration for most commercial applications.

No-Site Configuration (Bradmar / Powder Coat)

Bradley's No-Site system eliminates the need for visible wall-return strips — panels mount directly to the wall using concealed fasteners, creating a cleaner, more seamless appearance. Available in Bradmar solid plastic and powder-coated steel across Series 400 and Series 700 mounting configurations.

  • Key Benefit: Eliminates visible mounting strips for a cleaner architectural appearance.

Enhanced Privacy

Bradley's enhanced privacy configurations raise door and panel heights and reduce floor clearances to eliminate sightline gaps — addressing the growing specification requirement for increased visual privacy in commercial restrooms. Available across multiple materials.

  • Taller doors and panels compared to the standard 58-inch configuration
  • Reduced floor clearance to minimize gaps at floor level
  • Continuous hinge-side fillers and door stops to close sightline gaps

Ultimate Privacy — Floor-to-Ceiling (Series 700)

Bradley's highest-privacy configuration combines Series 700 floor-to-ceiling mounting with enhanced privacy door and panel heights. Doors and panels are available at 69 inches mounted 9" off the floor for standard stalls, or 72 inches mounted 6" off the floor for maximum privacy — eliminating overhead sightlines while the floor-to-ceiling structure closes gaps at the sides. Available across all four partition materials.

  • Height: 69" or 72" doors and panels — significantly taller than the standard 58" configuration.
  • Best For: All-gender and unisex restrooms, hospitality, corporate, and any application where maximum visual privacy is required.
